Read the fine print!

As much as we have tried to keep the fine print to a minimum, there are a lot of terms and conditions that must be mentioned due to the range of venues, services providers and entertainment offered. All We Got Style experiences, venues and/or added services are different and may have restrictions or certain condition outlined in the small print. Please make sure that you read this carefully to ensure that you comply and qualify. This includes any additional terms and conditions or indemnities of the suppliers themselves.

Because all We Got Style Bachelor Events services and/or products are subject to availability, please book in advance (at least 14 days or as specified on Website) to avoid disappointment.

Indemnity forms must be completed by each and all participant for all extreme sports and adventures booked. Extreme sports & adventures undertaken at your own risk.

Prices, Payment & Cancellations

Web prices are correct at the time of online booking. However, We Got Style Bachelor Events reserves the right to change the price of any advertised experience, service and/or product without prior notice and prior to confirmation and receipt of full payment. 50% deposit required within 24 hours of booking or as required by third party to secure. Full payment required 7 days prior to event date or as required by third party.

Event is not booked if full payment is not received within the specified time frame and deposit is non refundable if full payment is never received. Deposit is also non refundable if booking is cancelled. Proof of payment for deposit and final payment must be sent to us by suitable means i.e. fax or email and with notification to us that payment has been done. On receipt of funds reflecting in our account (and not on receipt of proof of payment) complete information will be sent to you regarding your event, experience, entertainment and venue.

No alcohol allowed prior to event or during any extreme sport or adventure. Should participants be found to be drinking or show signs of drinking alcohol prior to or during the event you will immediately be excluded and no refund issued.

Confirmation

Once you have received confirmation of your booking you can take your booking as confirmed. Until then, nothing is confirmed and we advise that you do not make travel or accommodation arrangements until you receive confirmation and/or further event information.

If We Got Style Bachelor Events is required to cancel or postpone an experience, there will be no charge incurred by the client. We will notify you of the cancellation or postponement and offer an alternative date/ time where possible. We suggest you take the event, weather conditions, seasons, etc into account when booking specific adventures and getaways.

Limitation of Liability

We Got Style Bachelor Events partners and service providers conform to strict standards of safety and performance, but we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered while participating in an experience. Purchasers, recipients and/or users of any We Got Style Bachelor Events experience have no claim whatsoever against us with regards to the nature of any event booked. We Got Style Bachelor Events and our suppliers cannot be held liable for the cancellation or postponement of any experience due to reasons beyond their control, such as unsuitable weather, acts of God, mechanical failure, etc. We Got Style Bachelor Events will not be liable to any customer or any other person for any loss of profit/ special damages/consequential damages that result from a breach by We Got Style Bachelor Events in terms of its obligations.

We Got Style strives to keep its image at the high standard we have set for ourselves and we have selected our partners and service providers with care. Neither Service Provider nor any holding company, affiliate or subsidiary of Service Provider shall be held responsible for any direct or indirect special, consequential or other damage of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred, related to the use of, or the inability to access or use the Content or the Website or any functionality thereof, or of any linked website, even if Service Provider is expressly advised thereof. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for advertising inaccuracies of suppliers.

The Terms and Conditions govern your (the User’s) use of the Service Provider’s website located at the domain name www.wegotstyle.co.za (Website). By accessing and using this website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the Website for marketing and/or other purposes without the consent of the Service Provider.

By using the Website or communicating with the Service Provider by electronic means, the User consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the internet facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, address and telephone numbers will be kept strictly confidential by the Service Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the name, address and contact phone numbers will be made known to third parties due to accommodation and venue requirements needed on arrival for identification purposes. Credit card details are not kept by the Service Provider under any circumstances.

Service Providers cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

We Got Style Bachelor Events reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this website. It is the user’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates. We Got Style Bachelor Events reserve the right to make any changes to the Website, the Content, or to products and/or services offered through the Website at any times and without notice. All rights in and to the Content is reserved and retained by the Owners. The use of any product or service bought from this Website and/or We Got Style Bachelor Events is at the User’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the Service Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using or selling the service and/or products on the Website.

Photographs will be published on We Got Style Bachelor Events’ website with your permission only.

Website Surfing

The User may visit the Website without providing any personal information. The Website servers will in such instances collect the IP address of the User computer, but not the email address or any other distinguishing information. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent at the Website, pages viewed, etc. Provider uses this information to determine use of the Website, and to improve Content thereon. Provider assumes no obligation to protect this information, and may copy, distribute or otherwise use such information without limitation.

Law

This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Provider from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. Access to the Website from territories or countries where the Content or purchase of the services and/or products sold on the Website is illegal and is prohibited. The User may not use this Website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Website from locations outside of South Africa, that User is responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the User consents to the jurisdiction of the Witwatersrand High Court in the event of any dispute.
